"Decent workouts, a few annoying bugs"
Been using Thenx for a few months. Workouts usually load fine, videos look clear, and it’s easy enough to follow along.
Only issue is the app/site can lag, randomly log me out, or freeze mid-video. Not a dealbreaker, just annoying when I’m trying to get a quick session in. Reliability feels average.
"Helps me stay on track"
I started using thenx because I felt kind of trapped in the same stop-and-start workout routine. It’s been helping me stay motivated and I’ve been way more consistent than before. Some of the workouts can feel a little repetitive, but overall it’s been good for me and keeps me moving.

"Decent workouts, but support was a little slow"
The workouts themselves have been fine, but the customer support experience was a bit slow for me. As someone who likes to have things figured out quickly before I commit to a routine, waiting a couple days for a reply was a little frustrating. They did eventually get back to me and helped with what I needed, I just wish the response had been faster and a bit clearer.
"Wish I’d read the reviews first"
I really wanted to like this, but the workouts started feeling repetitive quickly. There just isn’t enough variety, especially if you’re trying to train for different goals. i wish I’d read the reviews first because I probably would’ve noticed other people saying the same thing.

"Billing was smooth and support came through"
My billing was handled correctly, which was reassuring. Canceling took me a minute to figure out and felt a little confusing at first, but support jumped in and got it sorted quickly. Overall, not a big issue, and it gave me confidence that they’ll help if something comes up

"Nutrition advice that actually helped"
I originally signed up for the workouts, but i think the nutrition tips ended up helping me the most. Or at least that’s what it feels like now. The meal ideas were simple and used normal foods, so I didn’t feel totally lost or overwhelmed. It made eating better feel a lot less stressful, which I wasn’t really expecting
"Decent help, but it got repetitive"
They definitely helped me build some skills, so I’ll give credit there. But the progress felt slow, and the plans started to feel repetitive after a while. It was kind of the same thing over and over, and I kept wishing there was more variety or a clearer push forward.

"Feels like the right fit for where I’m at"
I’ve been using thenx.com for a few weeks now, and my honest gut feeling is that it actually understands my level well. The workouts don’t feel like random exercises thrown together — they’re challenging enough to make me work, but not so intense that I feel like quitting halfway through.
I also changed my goals recently, and the plan seemed to adjust in a way that made sense. I’m not overthinking what to do next, which makes it way easier to stay consistent. So far, it just feels like a solid pick.

"Just feels overpriced"
I don’t know. I wanted to like it, but the price just feels too high for what you actually get. The workouts are okay, I guess. Nothing terrible. But nothing that made me think, yeah, this is worth paying that much for. Kind of disappointing.

"Umm, I had a hard time following..."
Umm, I had a hard time following the videos sometimes. They weren’t always super clear, so I found myself getting a little lost here and there.

"These workouts were honestly worth it"
I was a little skeptical at first, but these workouts actually worked for me. I started feeling stronger quickly, and the routines were simple enough to follow without feeling annoying or overcomplicated. Overall, I’d say it’s a solid choice if you want something that feels doable but still gets results...

I’ve been using Thenx for a few weeks now and the app is really easy to figure out. The workouts load quick, the videos look clear, and I don’t have to tap around forever just to find something. I feel like if an app is easy to open, then I’m basically more likely to work out, so that’s probably why I’ve been sticking with it. Overall I’m really happy with it

I’ve been sticking with the workouts for a while now and I’m starting to feel stronger and look a bit leaner, it didn’t happen overnight but little by little I can tell my body is changing and that’s been really motivating

"Solid workouts, though it ramps up quick"
I’ve been liking the workouts overall, and it does feel like I’m making steady progress. Some days I finish and feel weirdly proud of myself, like when you finally clean out that one drawer you’ve been ignoring for months. That said, a few exercises seem to jump in difficulty a little too fast for me, so I end up having to slow things down or modify them. Still a good program, just wish the harder moves eased in a bit more.

"good if you're just starting out"
i’m still new to working out, and these routines were really easy to follow. i never felt confused or like i was falling behind, which made it way less intimidating.
